A-PDF Mailer

This is a batch tool that helps mail a bunch of PDF files to intended addressees.

A-PDF Mailer is batch email sender software for Windows. It will allow you to send PDF files to multiple recipients (addressees). The distribution list can be passed on through an Excl sheet. What the Excel needs to contain is for example, the email address, the first name of the recipient, last name, etc. This tool will be able to do the equivalent of a mail-merge and send out the specified list of PDFs. You would be able to distribute even hundreds or thousands of such documents. All you’ll have to do is just select input files and the software will do the rest. Excel macros could be used to put in the details of email recipients, subject and the body text. Same thing could be done for BCC, CC etc.

These documents could also be watermarked if you like. Watermarks could include text and images. You could also use an Excel macro to create watermarks dynamically. If you need to restrict, printing, copying or editing, you could set owner and user passwords too to do the same. If you need to need to watermark different documents, differently, this would be a way to go. If you are an Outlook user, this tool will be able to send the mailings through that. Else, any other SMTP server will do. The interface to the tool is simple enough that most users could get going quite quickly with it. The tool has a log feature that records date, time, file name, and all recipients for the outgoing email messages. This is a very good tool overall.

Use Excel field data as Marco to add e-mail recipients and message subjects and body. Marco can be as Recipients, BCC, Subject, Email Body, CC etc...
A-PDF Mailer uses either your current e-mail client such as Microsoft Outlook or SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) Internet E-mail server. SMTP is the De facto standard for email transmissions across the Internet and provides functionality for sending volumes of e-mail messages without user interaction.
